VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SERVICES

The Contractor shall provide all fleet maintenance and repair services for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority’s (the “Authority’s”) Vehicle and Equipment Fleet at the Orlando International Airport (OIA), which includes but is not limited to, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and repairs, mobile repair and fueling services, tire repair services, towing, and parts procurement and management. Contractor shall provide all labor as specified herein, and management oversight to ensure that a high level of productivity is maintained. Contractor’s performance will be measured based on its productivity and on Fleet downtime, and deductions may be taken for low productivity and high downtime. Contractor shall provide all shop supplies/consumables, repair manuals, and tools as necessary to perform the work (except for those specific “major” shop tools which the Authority shall provide as defined herein). Contractor shall use the Authority provided Maximo program for capturing and recording all of the information relevant to the work being performed. All work shall be performed in accordance with these Specifications and in strict adherence to current industry standards and manufacturer’s specifications.
