The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the renovation of the Seaside Park baseball infield. Work includes infield grass, skinned infield (dirt), foul lines (grass and dirt), transition areas between infield and outfield, and reconstruction of the pitcher’s mound, home plate, and base areas. The work shall address lips, low areas, and drainage issues through grading and material installation.
