(1) Vendor needs to provide residential property rehabilitation service to the government authority located in Foster, CA. • General contracting of project – kick–off meeting.• Rehabilitation project management: Manage all project tasks, including selection of subcontractors, payments to subcontractors, purchasing of materials and supplies associated with the project, construction, and installation. • Reporting and records management: Maintain accurate and complete records of all Program activities, including product warranties.• Future project management: Manage all project tasks, including selection of subcontractors, payments to subcontractors, purchasing of materials and supplies associated with the project, construction, and installation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid site tour will be held on August 31, 2026.
