TRAVEL-1706 - USA (Madison, Wisconsin) - Athletic Travel Agency Services - Deadline July 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide athletic travel agency services to the government authority located in Madison, WI.         – Travel agencies to athletic departments including but not limited to obtaining waivers for the lowest fares without common stay over requirements, waivers of destination change penalties, credits for returned an unused ticket, reissuance of tickets when fares are decreased, delivery of tickets to recruits, etc.– The best intercollegiate athletic teams throughout the agency, staff travels on business across and coaches recruit internationally.– To air travel, athletic department staff are expected to use the in–house travel agency for lodging, rental cars, and charter buses.  – Provide an explanation how you would negotiate with commercial air carriers to obtain credit for returned and unused tickets, as well as earning travel vouchers to be used for new tickets.– Provide air transportation for athletics travel when requested.– Provide bus transportation for Athletics travel when requested(2) The contract period will be for three years.
