EQU-20472 - USA (California) - Audio-Video Systems and Equipment Supplies - Deadline December 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide audio–video systems and equipment supplies to the government authority located in California. – Contractor–furnished materials, coordination, installation, configuration, control system programming modifications, alignment, testing, commissioning, transportation, and accessories required to install the owner–furnished audiovisual equipment and to deliver complete, fully functional, upgraded classroom audiovisual systems.– Each room in this project is an existing instructional space with an existing audiovisual system.– The upgrades replace the existing projectors and lenses with new laser projectors, add wirelesspresentation, and, in designated rooms, add lecture capture and distance learning capability.– Each upgraded room shall maintain a consistent user experience with the college's existing classroom AV standard.– Room Type 1, Projector Replacement: In each Room Type 1 space, remove the existing ceiling mounted projector and lens and install the replacement projector and lens.– One (1) pan/tilt/zoom (PTZ) camera with automatic tracking capability, mounted as indicated on the drawings.– camera SDI output shall connect through a 3G–SDI rated coaxial cable to one (1) Madewell SDI to USB converter located in the existing AV rack, with the USB output connected to the existing local instructor computer.– One (1) Shure MXA925–S ceiling array microphone with one (1) Shure ANIUSB–MATRIX audionetwork interface located in the existing AV rack, with the USB output connected to the existinglocal instructor computer.– The camera and microphone shall be recognized by the local instructor computer as standard USBvideo and audio devices for use with lecture capture, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and otherconferencing applications.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 24, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 13, 2026.
