(1) Vendor needs to provide borehole camera system to the government authority located in Reston, VA.• The system should be able to record images and video of monitoring wells using both side and downward facing cameras.• The system should also have a tripod or boom to help with the lowering of the camera into a well.• The camera should have a centralizer or other centering device to ensure the camera stays centered in the well.• The borehole camera system shall have individual cameras for down hole and side view purposes.• The camera shall have the ability to rotate the side camera a full 360º for the ability to view the entirety of the well with the side view camera.• The camera shall be no larger than 2 inches in diameter• The camera shall have a dedicated, powered winch with a cable length no shorter than 2000 feet.• The winch shall include a cable management system to prevent skips or kinks in the cable while spooling and unspooling the cable(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Total Small Business Set–Aside
