(1) Vendor needs to provide third–party claims administrative and adjustment services.– Consultant deliverables include, but are not limited to, the following:• Electronic monthly claims loss run reports (all open and closed files) for reported incidents• Updates on open claims files with frequency based on activity and type of file (liability and active collection files required more frequently)• Closing reports for all claims once they have reached that status• Statistical and fiscal summaries to assist in the evaluation of agency program• Complete an annual review of all open cases and case reserves by April of each year.• Submit claim reports formatted pursuant to agency request for actuarial reports, underwriting requests, claims audits, and surveys.• Maintain a file on each potential or actual claim, lawsuit, or incident reported to Consultant and estimate appropriate financial reserves for such incidents.• Maintain a file on each property or subrogation claim reported to Consultant and estimate appropriate financial reserves for such incident.– Consultant shall provide Metropolitan with (electronic or hard copy) tabulated monthly claims loss run reports for all reported incidents. Loss run reports shall include, but not be limited to, the following:a. Agency incident report number and consultant claim number.b. The status of each open incident assigned to Consultant.c. Summary of each incidentd. Outstanding financial reserves(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
