(1) Vendor needs to provide orthophotography, oblique imagery, property intelligence and related geospatial system.– A more integrated solution combining countywide orthophotography, oblique imagery, historical imagery, property intelligence, measurement and change–detection tools, to include system integrations, implementation, training, and ongoing support.– The solution will support assessment administration, property valuation, appraisal operations, parcel maintenance, field inspections, and related business functions. – Integrates with Computer–Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA), Geographic Information System (GIS), property tax, mobile assessment, and other business systems.– Georeferenced imagery compatible with the Assessor’s office Geographic Information System (GIS) environment, including industry–standard coordinate reference systems and formats.– Additional multispectral or spectral bands to support advanced GIS, environmental, and analytical applications.– Enterprise systems to support efficient assessment, appraisal, GIS, property maintenance, and field inspection workflows.– Interactive visualization of imagery, property intelligence data, and related information.– A cloud–hosted or vendor–managed web application accessible through standard web browsers.– Provides access to historical imagery and property measurement tools.– Automatic GPS positioning and navigation to parcels.– Industry–standard GIS services and data formats.– Parcel–based visualization and GIS layer overlays.– GIS and mapping products.– Supported ESRI integration methods.– GIS Integration.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
