Abatement is not part of this bid. However, Demolition contractor is to work with the Abatement Contractor. Existing building piers are to be left. Do not demolish. All utilities safe-off will be done by Mt.Sac prior start of demolition *Reference A4E demolition drawings for the full scope of work*
