MRB-57273 - USA (California) - Violence Intervention and Street Outreach Implementation Partner Service - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide violence intervention and street outreach implementation partner service. – Provide Violence Intervention and Street Outreach (VISO) implementation partner for the County Violence Prevention Program (VPP).– This program is grounded in a public health approach to community violence, treating violence as a preventable public health crisis requiring coordinated intervention, healing, and community engagement.– Monitor relevant social media activity to identify emerging conflicts, escalating disputes, and retaliation risk, and shall integrate that intelligence into outreach and mediation activities– Conduct daily, consistent street outreach in identified hotspot areas.– Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, contacts and attempted contacts, interventions, services delivered, and referrals made.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre–bid mandatory meeting will be held on September 22, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
