(1) Vendor needs to provide pallet recycling services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.• Good‑Condition Pallet – A pallet that is structurally sound, intact, and capable of immediate reuse without repair.• Broken Pallet – A pallet with damage requiring repair, recycling, or composting.• Contamination – Any non‑wood material or debris mixed with the pallet load requiring additional processing.• On‑Demand Service – A service request initiated by the city that requires pick–up or delivery outside routine scheduling.• City Pallets – All pallets received, picked up, or processed under this Agreement.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.(3) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on November 3, 2026.
