FIRE-1759 - USA (Port Chester, New York) - Fire Department Station Alerting System Replacement Service - Deadline July 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire department station alerting system replacement service to the government authority located in Port Chester, NY. – Integration, installation, testing, commissioning, startup, training, warranties, and incidentals necessary to furnish, install, and place into operation a complete turnkey Fire Department Station Alerting System at the agency’s four firehouses.– Replace aging communications equipment identified in the Bidding Documents and integrate new equipment with designated existing communications infrastructure.– The Work further includes preparation and delivery of all required closeout documentation, including operating manuals, record drawings, programming backups, warranty documentation, equipment inventories, and final test reports.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for Term year. (4) Mandatory pre–bid site visit will be held on July 16, 2026.
