(1) Vendor needs to provide IT managed services to the government authority located in Biloxi, MS.– Monitoring and management of server operating systems including patch and update management and all user moves/adds/changes.• Near real–time monitoring of equipment availability and event logs, including Agency–defined critical business systems and processes.• Proactive Microsoft update and patch management for all covered systems.• Help desk support during routine business hours for all supported applications and operating systems, including Microsoft 365 suite.• Remote capabilities including diagnostic services, control support capabilities, and application or engineering services for all desktop and server operating systems.• Onsite reactive support and labor necessary to resolve hardware or other failures where remote remediation is not possible.• Endpoint protection systems and event resolution, including maintenance.• Management and administration of firewall and VPN platform.• Cloud–based email security per mailbox including anti–spam, antivirus, anti–phishing, and the ability to apply Agency–defined email policies. Note: Microsoft’s native email security is not considered sufficient; a dedicated third–party solution is required.• Cloud–based email encryption for all user mailboxes.• Advanced endpoint security including ransomware protection capabilities exceeding traditional antivirus, with continual threat monitoring.• Full tenant administration including user provisioning, licensing management, and policy management.• Management of Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 9, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
