(1) Vendor needs to provide assessment and reassessment services to the government authority located in Newton, NJ.– Provision of township–wide property value reassessment services.– Delineation of homogeneous neighborhoods onto a neighborhood map.– Photograph the front and rear of all primary buildings, and the front of all assessable accessory buildings.– Develop fully new income approach spreadsheets in excel format for all commercial properties, based on the existing template used by the township.– Establish added assessments for each year of the reassessment program.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 9,2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
