(1) Vendor needs to provide wraparound center develop and operate service to the government authority located in Salem, OR. • Provide an engaging plan that is inclusive, meaningful, strength–based, trauma–informed, and culturally and linguistically responsive.• Website: Develop and maintain the following on the website: Fidelity Wraparound tools, resources and training support materials for Wraparound Providers and program staff.• Create and update training tools• Promotional video: develop a culturally responsive, accessible video on fidelity wraparound in to be made available on the website in both english and spanish• Design an intensive training plan for Wraparound providers implementing Fidelity Wraparound based on requirements and community engagement.• Staffing: employ the following expert staff directly or through subcontract with approval to provide training, technical assistance, support, coaching and fidelity monitoring• Training Development and Technical Assistance• Advance training – develop, deliver and maintain ongoing advanced training for fidelity wraparound administrators, coaches, supervisors and program staff to support continuation of core knowledge, competencies, principles and practices.
