(1) Vendor needs to provide personal importation mail order prescription program services to the government authority located in McAllen, TX.– Prescription pharmaceuticals mail order services for district’s employees and eligible dependents that are part of a personal importation mail order prescription program.– Evidence of authorized member eligibility of personal importation mail order prescription program will include a drug discount card or evidence of authorized eligibility, issued directly by the district or by the district’s third party pharmacy benefits manager.– Include claims from third party pharmacy benefits manager in summary financial reports on a monthly basis.– Incorporate claims from awarded respondent into pharmacy benefits manager data warehouse to support clinical programs.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 1,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
