(1) Vendor needs to provide collection system optimization service to the government authority located in Colorado.• Identifying deficiencies in the system and design and construct an optimized collection system that both safely transports contaminated acid mine drainage• The process of assessment, design, construction, and warranty period.• The Design/Build Entity include those generally performed by the design/build construction community where the construction manager.(2) Mandatory pre–submittal conference will be held on November 17, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 04, 2026.
