(1) Vendor needs to provide media campaign and communications service.– Media and communications firms to develop, adapt, implement, and evaluate mass media campaigns and assigned communications projects for the department’s substance use prevention and harm reduction programs.– Website management purchase on the department’s behalf website URL addresses,arrange website hosting, and coordinate with city information technology programs to integrate using city, department, and branding, and coordinate with existing city and department and websites; provide related project and administrative management services to support the above work.– Language and cultural translation organize language and cultural translation appropriate for related campaigns and projects as directed by department; provide related project and administrative management services to support the above work. – Campaign planning and design develop new message concepts that address our campaign targets and guidance provided by the department; create final ads and messages for television, radio, public transit, social media, and other channels as identified that reflect appropriate message testing and direction provided by the department.– Media placement and guerilla marketing develop media purchasing plans and buy media inorder to reach target audiences effectively and efficiently through placement of ads, messages inappropriate media.– Graphic design envision and implement graphic design of reports, plans, and other materialsin print or web formats as directed; provide related project and administrative management services to support above work.– Photography and videography conduct photo and video shoots at the direction of the department, provide creative rights to preexisting content, and provide stock photography that meets campaign needs; conduct photo and video editing.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
