(1) Vendor needs to provide resident artist professional services to the government authority located in Boston, MA. • Resident Artist Responsibilities– The three selected artists will serve as a catalyst for civic engagement, collaboration, and socially–engaged art throughout the one–year residency term.– The artist will be embedded within one of three city department contexts (to be determined upon contract award) and work in partnership with a community–based organization of their choosing.• Onboarding (Months 1–2)• Research & Community Dialogue (Months 3–6• Prototyping & Implementation (Months 7–9)• Evaluation & Reflection (Months 10–12)• Support Provided to Selected Artists(2) An optional pre–bid conference will be held on November 13, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2026.(4) The contract period will be one year.
