(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering and design services to the government authority located in Sunnyvale, CA.1. Structural engineering:– Investigate existing structures for condition assessment, damage evaluation, and safety. Prepare structural investigation reports.– Prepare structural analysis and design for foundations, retaining walls, bridges, culverts, pump stations, water tanks, and buildings, including development of design criteria, review of applicable codes and value engineering.– Prepare and facilitate permitting process with building division, regulatory agencies, utility companies, and other stakeholders as necessary (including response to comments from permitting agencies).2. Landscape architecture:– Assign a project manager. Project manager will prepare fee estimates and invoicing, develop and monitor project schedule, attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes as necessary.– Prepare conceptual park planning and alternatives analysis, including community and stakeholder outreach, program development, feasibility consideration (maintenance, safety accessibility, and operations), and cost estimating.– Prepare and facilitate permitting process with building division, regulatory agencies, utility companies, and other stakeholders as necessary (including response to comments from permitting agencies).(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
