EXTRA-72538 - USA (Detroit, Michigan) - Parking Management Services - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide parking management services to the government authority located in Detroit, MI. – Provide parking management services to manage, operate, maintain and provide customer services for the parking facilities at county airport authority.– Including staffing, training, customer services, revenue control level 1 services (credit card, ticket jams, reload parking tickets and receipts, reset parking lane equipment, housekeeping, window washing, power washing, snow removal etc.) and any other activities associated with the management of a paid public parking facility.– Parking enterprise at the airport includes a number of parking facilities located throughout the airport.– Staff and operate all parking facilities twenty–four hours per day, seven days per week, in a first–class manner and provide prompt, courteous, safe and efficient service at all times.– Responsible for parking facilities including, staffing, training, customer service, power washing, janitorial, snow removal and all other activities normally associated with the management of a paid public parking facility.– Employ staff to operate all parking facilities cashier booths, valet runner, maintenance or customer service, auditors and management supervisors in a first–class manner without markup to wage, salary, and benefits.– Collect all monies to be deposited throughout each day in a depository account designated by the airport authority.– Pay all operating expenses in accordance with a pre–approved annual operating budget.– Ensure that all equipment and parking facilities are kept in good operating condition and clean condition at all times.– Handle promptly (within 24 hours), and document on appropriate forms, all claims made for losses or damages to vehicles and complaints about service.– Ensure that each customer entering the parking facilities is properly recorded and accounted for by the parking access and revenue control system.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 14, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
