(1) Vendor needs to provide organizational dispatch and security services to the government authority located in Waterford, MI. • Organizational dispatch and security services will be required to maintain operations and provide security in the evening, weekend, and holiday hours.• Answer the emergency after hours phone and radio, and to relay call in requests to on–call supervisors and forepersons, annotate activities in work order software, and maintain an event log.• Comfortably use phones, email, computers, browser–based web services, and fax• Ability to independently schedule staff according to required shift coverage, make changes to schedule and ensure prompt arrival of subordinates• Communication center supervisory experience is desired• Must be able to ensure compliance of procedures, monitoring of assets, and making rapidnotifications via phone, radio or email• Answer night and weekend calls from citizens and relays calls to proper authorities when applicable, accurately document all pertinent customer information, enters information into computer work order system• Answer calls from law enforcement and other authorities and notes hazardous condition, and exact location(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 6, 2026.
