(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search services for president and chief executive officer to the government authority located in Denver, CO. – The proposed engagement team must have led at least three successful CEO or Executive Director searches for nonprofit or mission–driven organizations within the past 36 months, including at least one completed within the past 12 months.– Facilitate focused discovery with the Search Committee and a proportionate set of staff, resident/alumni, and community stakeholders as agreed with agency.– Refine existing draft CEO success profile, candidate brief, and compensation guidance for Search Committee approval before substantive market outreach.– Conduct proactive and inclusive regional and, if necessary, national research, outreach, and recruitment including candidates who may not be actively seeking a role.– Screen candidates against agreed criteria; provide consistent written assessments; and help design and facilitate structured semi–finalist and finalist interviews.(2) All the questions had been submitted on October 21, 2026.
