LEGAL-17673 - USA (Greensboro, North Carolina) - Federal and State Lobbying Services - Deadline September 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide federal and state lobbying services to the government authority located in Greensboro, NC.– Monitor action by the Congress, federal agencies, and the executive branch; – Identify opportunities and support requests for federal appropriations, congressionally directed spending, agency funding, regulations, and grant opportunities; – Coordinate with the County’s congressional delegation and national county organizations; – Provide timely written reports concerning congressional, federal budget, appropriations, regulatory, and agency activity affecting the County; – Advance the County’s legislative priorities, including getting bills drafted and introduced; – Assist with agenda development, legislative strategies, and messaging; – Introduce and build relationships with key leaders in the legislative and executive branches through education about the County, its mission, residents, and priorities; – Review and comment on proposals of the County, which are being prepared for submission to state agencies; (2) A mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 1, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
