(1) Vendor needs to provide oracle customer to meter (c2m) managed services to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA. • Provide comprehensive C2M application–managed services spanning functional support, technical support, development, operations, integrations and application management.• Technical Support Services –– Includes 24x7 technical support, high level estimate requests, software compatibility testing, assessments, environment builds, service capacity planning, application patches, sizing and modeling.• Software Development Services –– Includes ongoing maintenance, modification and configuration services for the existing application and associated end user support activities including exception handling.• Maintenance of the C2M application –– Includes defect resolution within the application and web services, APIs and files needed for integration with edge systems.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 6, 2026.
