Shoal Creek Trunk Sewer Relief Project Section 1 Construction Management Services (Multi-Year Contract)

The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is soliciting sealed responses for Project Title . Responses are to be submitted via the City's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Late responses will not be accepted. Project work includes DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management (DWM) has entered into a Modified Consent Decree (MCD) that requires design and construction of trunk sewer upsizing. The Shoal Creek Trunk Sewer Relief Project Section I (the Project) is one element of that MCD. The total length of the proposed sewer is 19,863' of 72" pipe which also includes 63 new precast manhole structures. The project begins at the Snapfinger Creek Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility and runs along the north bank of the South River to the Levitt Funeral Home property located on the south side of Flat Shoals Pkwy. The project traverses county owned property and a mix of private residences and commercial properties (62 easements total). Figure 1 shows the approximate project location.
