(1) Vendor needs to provide driving range technology system to the government authority located in Owensboro, KY.• Provide, install, support, maintain, and service a comprehensive driving range technology system.• The selected vendor shall provide a turnkey solution consisting of software, hardware, installation, training, support services, and ongoing system maintenance.• The proposed installation will initially consist of:– Five (5) covered technology–enabled hitting bays– Three (3) outdoor technology–enabled hitting stations located on driving range mats– Shared ball–tracking infrastructure supporting all locations– Customer–facing displays and software– Administrative management platform• The City seeks a technology solution that:– Enhances the driving range experience for golfers of all skill levels– Supports golf instruction and player development– Creates additional revenue opportunities– Attracts families, youth, leagues, and social events– Provides modern entertainment and gamification features– Supports marketing and customer retention initiatives– Minimizes installation impacts to existing golf course infrastructure– Provides long–term scalability and expansion opportunities• The proposed system must meet or exceed the following requirements.– Tracking Technology – The proposed system shall:– Utilize camera–based tracking technology.– Provide real–time ball–flight visualization.– Deliver shot tracing and trajectory display.– Operate effectively in outdoor driving range environments.– Support day and nighttime operation.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026
