ANIM-9443 - USA (North Carolina) - Campus Wayfinding and Exterior Signage Master Plan Service - Deadline August 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide campus wayfinding and exterior signage master plan service.– Evaluate existing wayfinding and signage conditions that build on the prior report to confirm gaps and priorities• Develop a comprehensive and inclusive wayfinding strategy that is consistently applied and aligns with the agency graphic standards, existing campus character, and serves the full range of campus users• Determine novel wayfinding strategies to subdivide the campus into more manageable districts and/or neighbourhoods• Creation of a coordinated wayfinding family matrix that organizes range of signs and physical infrastructure into a consistent hierarchy• Designs, technical drawings, and specifications for a variety of physical signage and/or wayfinding infrastructure including but not limited to:o gateway/Neighborhood/district identificationo building identification and• Strategies and standards for donor recognition and naming opportunities• Assess existing digital wayfinding materials and identify strategies to leverage, redesign, and/or expand these resources• Develop cost estimates and/or ROMs for selected interventions (physical, digital, and others as needed)• Phasing and implementation strategy that prioritizes improvements and coordination with planned campus projects• Sign–management and governance plan to guide how the system is maintained and updated over time• Assist in evaluating procurement and fabrication strategies to deliver cost–effective, replicable, high–quality solutions(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026
