(1) Vendor needs to provide onsite intensive behavioural classroom operation services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.– Provider to operate an on–site intensive behavioural and special education program.– The program will provide a structured, therapeutic learning environment focused on students’ academic, behavioural, and social–emotional needs while supporting eventual transition to less restrictive educational settings when appropriate.– Responsible for the daily operation of the program, including qualified staffing, administrative oversight, substitute coverage, classroom materials, sensory supports, and specialized equipment.– Services will incorporate evidence–based behavioural practices, individualized Behaviour Intervention Plans, progress monitoring, de–escalation strategies, and appropriate crisis–management procedures.– Provide individualized academic instruction, behavioural intervention, social–emotional support, and skill development within a highly structured environment. – Services shall be designed to support student progress and, when appropriate, successful transition or reintegration into a less restrictive educational setting.– Staffing may include, but is not limited to, Special Education Teachers, Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs), paraprofessionals, and other personnel necessary to operate the program.– Staffing and provide qualified substitute or replacement personnel during employee absences, vacancies, turnover, or other staffing disruptions to maintain student safety and continuity of services.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 15, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
