(1) Vendor needs to provide design, development, integration, content creation, launch and support new website service.• Website development and content managementa. Build the website as set out in Clause 9.5: homepage, Book, Offers & Fares, Explore, Experience, Our Services, Newsroom, Aerial Isles magazine, Help & Support Centre, My Account, and the footer pages, following the website tree.b. Build a custom headless content management system (CMS), owned by agency with no licence fees, that authors content and distributes it through a documented content delivery API to the website, the mobile app and the CRM chatbot.c. Deliver the advertising manager, advertising slots and a landing page builder for joint campaigns with partners.d. Deliver the crisis dark site (black–and–white emergency mode with a central incident page) and the central switch, with the dark site status published through the content API for the mobile app.e. Launch in English, with a multilingual–ready CMS so agency can add further languages (for example Chinese) later without new development.f. Set up hosting (or deploy into the agency hosting environment), environments, CI/CD and monitoring.• Content creationa. Write all website copy in English, and rewrite and migrate the content kept from the current website.• Put booking at the center: make it faster and easier to search, book and pay for a agency flight than through any third party.• Increase direct digital sales and ancillary revenue (seats, baggage, lounge, upgrades, agency Journey+ products) and create new advertising and partner campaign revenue.• Give passengers a complete self–service toolkit: manage booking, check–in, boarding passes, flight status and disruption updates.• Use customer sign–in (through Microsoft External ID under the CRM) and customer preferences to personalise the website, supporting the CRM and a future loyalty programme.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Information session details will be held on October 29, 2026.
