RENTAL-2805 - USA (Texas) - Emergency Ground Support Equipment Rental Services - Deadline October 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency ground support equipment rental services to the government authority located in Texas.– Responsible for all loading and unloading of rental equipment. Additionally, each propane–powered forklift must arrive with 3 full tanks of fuel. Refill tanks must be delivered within 24 hours of request.– Provide 24–hour on–call equipment service, maintenance and replacement of broken equipment during a declared disaster(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 2, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026(4) The contract period will be for one year.
