(1) Vendor needs to provide ERP assessment and recommendation consultant services to the government authority located in Minnesota.– Perform a comprehensive analysis of our current enterprise resource planning (ERP) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) including a needs assessment and a recommendation roadmap.– ERP module inventory and utilization.– Systems, tools, and manual processes outside the ERP.– User experience and process efficiency.– Measure cycle times for key end–to–end processes, including procure–to–pay, hire–to–retire, payroll, and period–end close.– Review ERP, HCM and HRIS, and specialty solutions appropriate to the size, public–sector governance, and airport–specific requirements.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October23, 2026(3) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 19, 2026.
