The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide Rental of 30-yard roll-off containers for Waterworks at two locations: 425 Industrial Park Drive, Newport News, VA 23608, and 48 th Street & Roanoke Avenue, Newport News, VA 23607.
