Vendor needs to provide insurance broker service to the government authority located in Atlantic, NJ. – The successful Proposer shall provide the services described in this section, which include, but are not limited to the following:• Manage current self–insured health benefit program for all active and retired employees. This includes but is not limited to managing Stop Loss coverage, Horizon Program Administration, self–insured prescription program, Aetna Medicare Advantage programs, Actuarial services and retiree medical benefits billing company.• Review and analyze claims experience, claim services, and claims administration to ensure maximum benefit to the agency.• Have the ability to obtain a quote for fully insured health benefit program including quotes from national insurers, local HIFs and Health Benefit Program.• Provide complete cost analysis of current self–insured program. Report findings and recommendations to agency Administration.• Determine and recommend the most cost–efficient funding methods for benefit programs. This includes (but is not limited to) the comparison of a self–insured program versus a fully insured program.
