Candidate screening:– Conduct preliminary candidate screening.– Verify education and licensure.– Evaluate experience related to forensic psychiatry, serious mental illness, competency restoration, civil commitment, and related behavioral health populations.– Verify employment history.3. Candidate recruitment:– Direct outreach.– Professional organizations.– Social media.– National psychology associations.4.
