(1) Vendor needs to provide special event management services. – Provide recreation event vendor recruitment, programming, and management support for large–scale sponsored events. – This includes management and programming, large/small–scale events such as ground breakings, ribbon cuttings, and other special events, and supporting agency supported events including Easter fun festival, fall festival, scare festival, and palmer park bandshell programming occurring between October 17, 2026 and April 1, 2028.• Responsibilities:– Vendor and event coordination and payment of deposit or vendor services as required.– Event licensing and permitting including required coordination and processing with designated agency agencies and other governmental agencies.– Event equipment and supply management– Event set up management– On–site vendor management– Sponsorships and donations management(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
