(1) Vendor needs to provide yards janitorial services to the government authority located in Huntington Beach, CA.• First, upon arrival at City Hall in the AM, check the bulletin board in the office:1. Check the meeting room (B7 & B8) schedule. Set up rooms as needed.2. Check the meeting rooms to make sure they are clean.3. Make sure the bi–fold doors are set up the way they should be for that day.4. Provide assistance to Maintenance staff for set–ups and clean–ups.Walk the exterior of the building:1. Check all exterior trash cans (should be emptied by the night crew).2. Patrol all exterior building perimeters, exits, stairs, sidewalks, and parking lot.3. Patrol all sidewalks, including planters for trash, cigarette butts, spills, dry spills, water puddles, graffiti, gum and stickers.4. Squeegee puddles at exterior areas of buildings.5. Patrol parking lot for trash, debris, and check for graffiti and stickers on light poles.Check the main entrance and entrance into main office area:1. Clean glass, glass doors and metal frames as needed.2. Check and clean the stainless steel by the elevators as needed.3. Clean floors as needed. (2) The contract period will be for two years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.(4) Mandatory Pre–Bid Meeting will be held on October 1, 2026.
