(1) Vendor needs to provide youth sports programming services to the government authority located in Bath, NY.1. Youth sports and education funding:– The youth bureau encourages a wide and flexible definition of sports that encompasses any organized activities with movement, including physical fitness activities, such as yoga, hiking, dance, and active outdoor pursuits.– Funding may provide general operating dollars to give programs flexibility to efficiently allocate resources for quality programming.– Coaches/instructors/direct service staff/mentors (including training/professional development necessary to support youth’s ability to participate in sports).2. Youth team sports:– Sporting activities where individuals engage in competition on behalf of an organized group are included in this definition, including, but not limited to, team tennis, team golf, or racing sports such as swimming or skiing.– This may include educational instruction necessary to prepare youth to participate in team sports.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
