(1) Vendor needs to provide electronics waste recycling and disposal services to the government authority located in Seattle, WA. – Provide comprehensive electronics recycling services, including the collection, transportation, processing, recycling, destruction and disposal of surplus and end–of–life electronic equipment and related materials generated by agency. • Collection and service:– Regular or on–call collection of electronic waste and related materials.– Collection, transportation, recycling, destruction, and disposal of electronic materials generated by agency.– Collection of separately boxed, weighed, tracked, and documented cell phones and tablets.– Coordination with agency recycling by email for all service scheduling.• Equipment and support:– Collection, transportation, recycling, destruction and disposal services for all covered materials.– Replacement Gaylords or equivalent collection containers on a one–for–one exchange basis at time of collection.– Trained personnel and equipment necessary to safely load, transport, process, and recycle materials, including pallet jack. – Certified scales and weight tracking systems for documenting material quantities.– Separate documentation and tracking for cell phones and tablets.– Safe, secure, and code–compliant facilities for material handling and processing.– Data destruction processes that render all data bearing devices non–recoverable.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 11, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 6, 2026.
