(1) Vendor needs to provide social media influencer marketing agency to develop, manage, and execute a strategic influencer marketing campaign include strategic planning, influencer identification and management, campaign development and execution, analytics, reporting, content coordination, and related communications support.– Develop a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with goals, such as increasing ridership, promoting fare programs, and enhancing community trust.– Identify target audiences in the region (e.g., daily commuters, students, families, tourists, underserved communities) and match them with relevant influencer demographics.– Establish measurable key performance indicators (KPIs), such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, website traffic referrals, and conversions (e.g., app downloads, fare purchases).– Prioritize authentic, diverse H–region influencers within relevant niches—such as transit, sustainability, and local culture—utilizing multilingual creators (e.g., English and Spanish) to maximize audience reach.– Manage influencer relationships, including onboarding, briefing, and ongoing communication to ensure campaign alignment and quality– Provide recommendations for amplifying content through the influencers’ social media channels, including suggested timing and scheduling, to maximize reach and engagement.– Use analytics tools (e.g., Influencer marketing platforms, Google Analytics, or platform–native insights) to track campaign effectiveness and audience behavior.(2) A pre–submittal meeting will be held on November 2, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
