CLEANING-12751 - USA (Cole, Missouri) - Janitorial Services - Deadline June 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Cole, MO.• The contractor shall understand and agree that the state agency may add or delete areas of the building at any time during the term of the contract, thereby increasing/decreasing the cleanable square footage of the building• The contractor must be accompanied by state agency or building tenant personnel while performing janitorial services in the secure areas of the buildinga. The daily tasks shall be performed Monday through Friday, one (1) time per day.b. The weekly tasks shall be performed at seven (7) calendar day intervals. c. The monthly tasks shall be performed within the first ten (10) working days of every thirty (30) calendar day interval• The contractor shall resolve any task determined in writing by the state agency to be substandard, deficient, or incomplete• Foam hand soap must be a good grade, undiluted, and contain antiseptic. The contractor shall fill foam soap dispensers with undiluted soap.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
