STAT-1092 - USA (Anaheim, California) - Medallions, Diplomas, Covers and Other Related Items Supplies - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide medallions, diplomas, covers and other related items supplies to the government authority located in Anaheim, CA.1. Medallions:– The medallions will be made of metal and will be either gold metal or silver medal mostly round, but some die cut; some will be recessed and others not; all medals are one–sided medals.2. Diplomas:– Stock is cougar #100 smooth cover–natural white (.0139) – some schools are cougar #100 smooth cover–white (.0139); cut finished size of 6“ x 8“; Foil stamping 1–5 color press passes, depending on the school crest; heading and text – lithographic; student name and graduation date embossed – lithographic; also the envelope, tissue, clear sheet protector.3. Diploma covers:– Holds a 6” X 8” horizontal diploma.4. Design:– Create and develop digital artwork for the manufacturing of dies for the medallions including multiple proofs if needed.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
