ELECTRIC-1064 - USA (White Plains, New York) - Electrical Control System Upgrades Service - Deadline October 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide electrical control system upgrades service to the government authority located in White Plains, NY.• Furnish and install two (2) 24–inch–high agency buckets with 150A, 480V, 65k AIC circuit breakers for 40 HP applications. – Furnish and install two (2) 40 HP, 460V ACH580 VFDs with bypass for the agency– Furnish and install new supports for the standalone VFDs. – Disconnect existing wiring from the line side of the existing VFDs to the agency. – Disconnect existing wiring from the underground conduit to the pumps. – Decommission and internally bypass the existing VFDs located within the agency. – Remove existing internal VFD wiring and splice through to the new standalone VFDs. – Furnish and install new line–side and load–side wiring as required. – Furnish and install new Sealtight whips with new wiring to connect the load side of the VFDs. – Furnish and install one (1) 1–inch EMT conduit from the agency to each new VFD. – Extend and re–terminate existing control wiring into each new VFD. – Furnish and install all new control wiring required for interconnections. – Program and commission the VFDs. – Test and verify proper equipment rotation following programming and commissioning. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
