– Vendor needs to provide camera–based Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms developing solution. – Provide develop and validate a practical, scalable framework for deploying cost–effective camera–based artificial intelligence (AI) systems for operational monitoring (e.g., sludge quality, harmful algal blooms detection, turbidity events, spills, foam, process monitoring) in water utilities.– Applications spanning both drinking water and wastewater utilities where camera–based AI can provide the greatest operational benefit.– Develop and test computer vision AI algorithms for selected use cases and quantify performance under varying sites, lighting, weather conditions, and deployment configurations.
