MRB-57532 - USA (Utah) - Event Services for Fintech Xchange - Deadline October 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide event services for fintech Xchange. – Provide a full–service audio/visual and event production company to support all aspects of the production for the 2027 Fintech Xchange conference.– Services include, but are not limited to, stage scenic design and build, staging, LED video, lighting, audio, event furniture, filming and live iMag, production labor, signage, and branded fixtures.– The Labor Provider must have a track record of performance in managing conferences or events of similar size and technical complexity.– The positions the agency requires to be available for this event include, at minimum:1. Show caller2. Audio Technicians and Sound Engineers3. Lighting Technicians and Designers4. Video Technicians and Camera Operators5. Backstage Manager6. Stage Crew and Riggers, as needed for scenic and staging build7. Signage and Branded Fixture Installers(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.(3) Optional virtual pre–proposal conference will be held on October 1, 2026.
