(1) Vendor needs to provide crisis respite services to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX.– Facility will provide food, shelter, leisure activities and assistance needed based on the clients’adaptive behavioral level.– Crisis respite services for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.– Response to protect the health and safety of persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)who are experiencing a crisis that cannot be stabilized in a less intensive setting.– Crisis respite service provides therapeutic support through a flexible array of services, including behavioral support.– Developing coping skills.– 24–Hour emergency on–call staffing.– Providing a person with personal assistance with activities of daily living, i.e., grooming,eating, bathing, dressing and personal hygiene.– Implementation of individualized behavioral support strategies designed to promote stabilization and address identified needs.– Personal assistance and support as needed.– Assessment and analysis of assessment findings so that an individualized behavior support plan consistent with the outcomes.– Monitoring and evaluation of success of the behavioral support plan and modification of the behavior support plan.– Nursing services.– Behavioral intervention.– Day programming services.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
