REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR 4TH STREET PARK CONTRACT DOCUMENTS

The City of Mount Vernon, New York (“City”) is seeking REQUESTED SERVICES. The City of Mount Vernon is requesting proposals for professional engineering, landscape architectural, construction administration services of 4 th Street Park based on a community approved schematic design (see attached sketch) and a Green Infrastructure Feasibility Report (attached). The work shall include the engineering design for a Green Infrastructure system, based on the parameters set in the attached feasibility study (see Appendix A), design development of the schematic plan and contract documents, and specifications for both infrastructure and above ground amenities. The City is seeking to retain a Consultant to prepare the plans and specifications suitable for public bidding for the aforementioned project. The Consultant shall prepare any necessary permit applications and supporting documents required to secure all the necessary permits and approvals.
