(1) Vendor needs to provide fund attorney service to the government authority located in Parsippany, NJ. – Providing legal leadership to joint insurance funds or self–insured governmental entities and must quantify the results achieved.– Workers’ compensation, liability and property matters involving governmental entities.– Supervision of defense attorneys from a substantial number of firms assigned to defend cases.– Legal matters pertaining to the management of a governmental entity.– Review of legal bills submitted by defense firms.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
