(1) Vendor needs to provide Micronesia project finance service for Permanence Community and Conservation Development Plan to the government authority located in Arlington, VA. – Lead the development and maintenance of the overall document structure, ensuring consistency and integration across all regional and jurisdictional chapters, annexes, MEL frameworks, financial information, safeguards considerations, and implementation arrangements.– Oversee and ensure a high quality of writing and consistent use of language, flow, tone and terminology across regional–scale Community and Conservation Development Plan (CCDP) content and jurisdictional chapters while retaining necessary and relevant local context.– Support the identification, drafting, refinement, and documentation of Government Milestone Commitments and related implementation commitments, ensuring alignment with CCDP goals, financial requirements, implementation feasibility, and monitoring frameworks.– Support development of contextually relevant terminology and legal definitions.– Support development of regional or jurisdictional–scale MEL frameworks(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
