EXTRA-76337 - USA (Vancouver, Washington) - PFAS Compliance Design and Consulting Services - Deadline October 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide PFAS compliance design and consulting services to the government authority located in Vancouver, WA. • This will involve various PFAS consulting services including the design and development of feasible options for developing a treatment system for achieving this compliance. • Consultant to determine the preferred alternative then advance it through final design with construction support.• Evaluate applicable treatment technologies and other potential approaches for achieving compliance with applicable pfas, including evaluation of treatment performance, capacity, residuals/waste management, operations and maintenance requirements, energy requirements, footprint, constructability, and lifecycle costs.• Develop planning–level capital, operations and maintenance, and lifecycle cost estimates for each feasible alternative.• Develop a more detailed capital, operations and maintenance cost estimate for the alternative selected by the Port.• Monitor applicable federal and state PFAS regulatory requirements and advise the Port of changes that may affect compliance requirements, project implementation, or the selected alternative.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 7, 2026.
